Retraining My Mind

Most of us think that the reason why we cannot change is a lack of motivation. However, that is often not the case. It really comes down to our mindset and how we are making decisions about the actions we take. Our minds are not naturally going to choose to do the things that are uncomfortable. We will not naturally embrace and enjoy the thing that feels like a stretch or a push beyond what we know.

In this video we have excellent advice from Mel Robbins, Tony Robbins and other speakers that I find encouraging.  This is an excellent tool to help me as I move into the kind of mindset that I am going to need to make the changes happen the way that I want.

We have to change who we think we are and who we think we are not.
